What to include
- A transcript did not work: the full video link, the caption language you chose, the time you tried (with your time zone), and the exact error message shown on the page.
- A bug: what you did, what you expected, what happened instead, and your browser and device.
- A feature request: the problem you are trying to solve, not only the feature you have in mind.
- Business or partnership enquiries: who you are and what you would like to discuss.
Please do not send passwords, payment details or other sensitive personal information by email.
Copyright and takedown requests (DMCA)
YTScript does not host videos. Transcripts are built from captions that are publicly available on YouTube, and cached copies expire automatically. If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act for one, and believe material available through our Site infringes your rights, email contact@ytscript.app with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:
- your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
- a description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
- the exact URL(s) on https://ytscript.app where the material appears (for example the transcript page link);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
- your physical or electronic signature.
When we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material on our Site (for example by blocking the transcript page for that video) and may notify the person concerned where possible. To have content removed from YouTube itself, use YouTube's own copyright process at https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2807622.
If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the details required by applicable law.

- هذا عمل صغير لا مكتب دعم، فالردود ليست فورية. الرسائل تُقرأ؛ والرسالة الواضحة المتضمّنة للتفاصيل تُجاب أسرع.
- هل أرسل رابط الفيديو مع تقرير الخطأ؟
- نعم، دائمًا. فأول ما يُتحقَّق منه هو ما إذا كان للفيديو مسار ترجمة، والرابط يحسم ذلك فورًا.
- هل يمكن إزالة محتوى؟
- إذا كنت صاحب حقوق في شيء ما وتريد معالجته فاذكر ذلك في الرسالة وأضف التفاصيل. والطلبات يقرأها إنسان لا تُعالج آليًا.
- هل يمكنني طلب ميزة؟
- نعم. ووصف المشكلة التي تحاول حلّها أنفع من وصف الميزة، لأنه يشير عادةً إلى حل أبسط.
- هل توفّرون API أو معالجة بالجملة؟
- ليس حاليًا. فالموقع مبني على فيديو واحد أو ملف واحد في المرة.
