Copyright and takedown requests (DMCA)

YTScript does not host videos. Transcripts are built from captions that are publicly available on YouTube, and cached copies expire automatically. If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act for one, and believe material available through our Site infringes your rights, email contact@ytscript.app with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

  1. your name, postal address, telephone number and email address;
  2. a description of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed;
  3. the exact URL(s) on https://ytscript.app where the material appears (for example the transcript page link);
  4. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  5. a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf;
  6. your physical or electronic signature.

When we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material on our Site (for example by blocking the transcript page for that video) and may notify the person concerned where possible. To have content removed from YouTube itself, use YouTube's own copyright process at https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/2807622.

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with the details required by applicable law.

Tuto stránku použijte pro cokoli, co ostatní stránky neřeší: video, ze kterého nejde vytvořit přepis, chybu, dotaz na to, jak něco funguje, nebo žádost týkající se obsahu. Zprávy se dostanou k člověku, ne do fronty.

Hlásíte-li video, které selhalo, přiložte odkaz — téměř každé takové hlášení se nakonec týká videa bez titulků a odkaz umožní potvrdit to v jednom kroku místo několika.

Jsme malý tým, ne podpůrná linka, takže odpovědi nejsou okamžité. Zprávy čteme; jasná zpráva s uvedenými podrobnostmi se dočká odpovědi dřív.
Mám k hlášení chyby poslat i odkaz na video?
Ano, vždy. Zda video má stopu titulků, je první věc, kterou kontrolujeme, a odkaz to hned vyřeší.

Ano. Je užitečnější popsat problém, který se snažíte vyřešit, než samotnou funkci, protože to obvykle ukáže na jednodušší řešení.
Nabízíte API nebo hromadné zpracování?
V současnosti ne. Web je postavený na zpracování jednoho videa nebo jednoho souboru najednou.
